1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to seversin.uz (the “Website”) is processed and protected. It has been prepared in accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” of 2 July 2019 and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

By using the Website and submitting a request through the form on the Website, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.

3. Data we process

Information you provide in the request form:

  • name;
  • phone number;
  • company name (optional);
  • area of interest: wholesale, OEM/ODM, retail, HoReCa;
  • your message and the product your request refers to;
  • the language version of the Website from which the request was sent.

Technical information sent automatically:

  • IP address — to protect the form from spam and automated submissions;
  • cookies and information about your browser, device and pages visited — to the extent described in Section 9.

We do not request or process passport or payment details, or special categories of personal data (such as health or beliefs). Retail purchases are made on the Uzum marketplace under that platform’s rules.

4. Purposes of processing

  • replying to your request and advising on our range, wholesale terms, OEM/ODM production and stock;
  • preparing a commercial offer, concluding and performing a contract;
  • protecting the Website from spam, abuse and unauthorised access;
  • analysing traffic and improving the Website;
  • complying with obligations under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Legal grounds

  • your consent, given when you submit a request through the form on the Website;
  • the need to prepare, conclude and perform a contract to which you are or intend to become a party;
  • requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. How data is processed and shared

Data is processed both with and without automated means. Requests are accessible only to the Controller’s authorised staff — sales managers and Website administrators — to the extent required for their duties.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties, except:

  • the hosting provider whose servers host the Website and database — solely to store data on the Controller’s behalf;
  • the Telegram messenger — to notify managers of a new request in the Controller’s work chat instantly;
  • the Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics web analytics services — to the extent described in Section 9;
  • government authorities — in the cases and manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Storage and data localisation

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan received through the Website is collected, organised and stored in databases on technical facilities physically located in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in line with the legal requirements on personal data localisation.

  • request data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, but no longer than 3 years from the date of your last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised;
  • IP addresses used for spam protection are kept in server memory for no more than 10 minutes and in server logs for no more than 30 days;
  • data is deleted earlier if you withdraw your consent or request deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Cross-border transfer

Telegram, Google and Yandex servers may be located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. Only the information needed for the stated purposes is transferred to these services, and only with your consent. If you do not want your request to be transferred in this way, please contact us by phone or e-mail as listed in Section 2.

9. Cookies and web analytics

  • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you selected. Without it the Website cannot show pages in the right language;
  • Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics cookies — collect anonymised visit statistics: pages viewed, traffic source, device type and approximate location based on IP. We do not use this data to identify you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website will keep working, but your language choice may not be remembered between visits.

10. Data security

  • data exchanged between your browser and the Website is encrypted via HTTPS;
  • access to the admin panel is password-protected and restricted by staff roles;
  • database backups are made regularly;
  • staff with access to data are required to keep it confidential.

11. Your rights

Under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, you have the right to:

  • obtain information about the processing of your personal data, including its purposes, retention periods and recipients;
  • request the correction, blocking or deletion of incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unlawfully obtained data;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data;
  • lodge a complaint about the Controller with the authorised state body for personal data — the State Personalization Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan — or with a court.

12. Minors

The Website is intended for wholesale buyers and business partners and is not directed at persons under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please let us know and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

The Controller may amend this Policy. A new version takes effect once it is published on this page. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this document.
